    Hello! My experience involves working with individuals and couples of diverse backgrounds. I specialize in helping individuals with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, life transitions, and women issues. As a couple's therapist, my goal is to guide couples towards repairing trust, improving communication, and strengthening emotional intimacy with each other. My professional approach is to treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am here to guide you through the journey as you commit to take the first steps towards positive change in addition to supporting and empowering you in the process of improving your well-being.

    DOraleyda Rivas is a dedicated counselor and behavior specialist with extensive experience in education, spanning over eighteen years. She holds a Master's degree in School Counseling from the University of St. Thomas and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), also certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid and as a Level One Trauma Practitioner. She consistently seeks out and implements best practices through a trauma-informed care approach. She specializes in supporting students, adolescents, and families by fostering healthy mindsets and coping mechanisms. She is committed to providing a positive and supportive counseling experience where clients feel understood and valued. Her drive is to empower individuals to overcome challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma, by equipping them to meet their personal goals.

Tiene una maestría en Consejería Escolar de la Universidad de St. Thomas y es Consejera Profesional Asociada con Licencia (LPC-A), también certificada en Primeros Auxilios para la Salud Mental Juvenil y como Practicante de Trauma de Nivel Uno. Ella busca e implementa constantemente las mejores prácticas a través de un enfoque de atención basado en el trauma. Se especializa en apoyar a estudiantes, adolescentes y familias fomentando una mentalidad sana y mecanismos de afrontamiento. Ella se compromete a proporcionar una experiencia de asesoramiento positiva y solidaria donde los clientes se sientan comprendidos y valorados.     My greatest calling in life is to help young people overcome their obstacles. I have been working with teens and young adults for over 15 years. I am a certified mental health coach and certified youth mental health coach.  I specialize in helping teenagers and young adults work through mental health challenges, such as anxiety, anger, and self-esteem, and address practical ways to cope with and manage situations.

    Specializes in working with children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges, ADHD and autism.

    Integrates psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Informed CBT and Strength Therapy.

    As an LCDC-I. Crystal’s passion is helping those who are struggling to break free from their addiction.

    Crystal desires to work with and assist those in her community. Her goals are to help her clients reach their goals and full potential.

    Crystal offers both group and individual counseling to ages 18 and older.

  • Tammi Mallory, Life Coach

    My passion and calling in my life is to help people. While that calling has looked different throughout my life, it has never changed. I feel like I am walking in my gift and doing what I was created to do. I have been working with people for over 30 years in many states and countries, including Brazil, China, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, and Israel. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Murray State University, a Master of Arts in Missiology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Science in Educational Management from the University of Houston Clearlake, and a Life Coaching Certification from Light University.
     
    My strengths are in helping individuals move ahead in various areas of their lives; especially in the areas of mental health, parent/teen relationships, and individual coaching.
