Your first visit is an in-depth medical history analysis. We develop a plan for initial lab and therapeutic interventions that will include exploring bloodwork, lifestyle habits, current conditions, and current medications. We can also match you with a great therapist to work on the 4 aspects of physical and mental wellness: sleep, nutrition, exercise, and stress management.

We look at root cause of health problems rather than using traditional medications to treat symptoms. We target specific areas of concern.

Step 3: Support, Coaching and Caring

We are here for you throughout your health journey to help you understand areas of concern, optimize metabolic functioning through specific protocols, and achieve your goals through lifestyle changes, nutritional modifications, and adding supplemental products to support digestive functioning.

Once the client receives their product and instructions, a visit takes place to explain what all the products are, when to take them and what nutition plan to put in place.

The “Wedge” represents a process of controlling the nutrition and environment that starts out with broad brush strokes and ultimately leads to fine-tuning of treatment; casting the widest net at first and then refining more and more specifically, based on the patient’s lab test results and progress.

The most immediate way to address common health stressors is by controlling inflammation. It’s like static in the body, it interrupts optimum function of different systems and proper communication between them.

We use the Root to Fruit concept to explain metabolic function and how to reach a level of optimum functioning for health.
