If Life is a Test: What did you do with the Textbook?

Adams, S.A., & Waggoner, A.K.

Invited to Present on Grief, more specifically ambiguous loss. Our focus was on the losses we have experienced during the COVID Pandemic and still experiencing. We discussed the mental health issues that have developed, such as anxiety, depression, and most important loneliness. Participants were provided assessments that students, clinicians, and school counselors could use to not only evaluate how the pandemic has affected them but also how to assess others with whom they work. We also provided tools to help not only ourselves but those with whom we work to overcome loneliness during periods of ambiguous loss, grief, and bereavement.
