If it is not completed, it will cause a disruption in your session and we may have to postpone which will cause you to have a late cancellation fee applied. If for some reason you do not receive paperwork, please call our offices at (281) 946-0997 and let us know immediately so that we can correct this for you. We want your sessions to proceed as smoothly as possible.

All appointments are scheduled, including the first session with the understanding the client is aware of the late cancellation/no-show fee policy. The client is fully aware at the time of booking he or she must cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time in order to avoid a late cancellation fee or no show fee. The client is aware he or she may opt for a telephone or online HIPPA compliant-based session in order to avoid the fee if the late cancellation is due to a non-emergency. The client is aware that if the situation is due to an unforeseen emergency and this can be documented, then no fee will be applied to the client.
